Odunpazarı municipality opened a monument on Hamamyolu Street to draw attention to the murders of women and violence against women on November 25, the International Day of Struggle and Solidarity Against Violence Against Women. The monument contains signs with the names of the Mirabel brothers and 203 women killed in Eskisehir and other provinces of Turkey on November 25. The monument, which was inaugurated on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, was named The Kelebekler Monument. Signs with the names of the women killed were lit by women working in the municipality of Odunpazarı.
