It is the 14th public center of Odunpazarı Municipality. The municipality named the Community Center, located in the Yenidoğan Neighborhood, after Ayşe Tuba Arslan, who was murdered by his ex-wife in Eskisehir. Ayşe Tuba Arslan Community Center was opened on 8 March world working women's day with a ceremony attended by Ayşe Tuba Arslan's parents.
