Beyzanur Kunt, who took over President Kurt's office on April 23, national sovereignty and children's day, called The Parks and Gardens Directorate and ordered the park to be built in the Turkmentokat neighborhood. Odunpazarı Municipality Parks and Gardens Directorate, which followed the instructions of President Kunt, built a 2 thousand 110 m2 park in Turkmentokat District. The park, named after Cafer Sayılır , who was a 4th term Eskişehir deputy of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) and was born in the Tükrmentokat District, has a children's playground, fitness area, walking paths and green area.
