It is one of the projects implemented by Odunpazarı Municipality for disabled people. It is aimed that disabled people (mental, autism, visual, physical, hearing impaired) can socialize, merge, develop their individual skills and self-confidence, communicate; ensure their physical development and spiritual balance; adapt to social society and be present in collective groups. In the Barrier-free Culture and Art Center, individuals with disabilities will benefit from the Arts and cultural activities of our municipality. It is aimed that people with disabilities strengthen their activities by seeing and living with observations through sightseeing work. Barrier-free culture and Art Center has workshop, sports, music, daily life skills, library, Kitchen, Cafe, game room, repair shop, hairdresser, values education, barrier-free park, hobby Garden, Amphitheater. Due to the covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, the Barrier-Free Culture and Ar tCenter temporarily stopped its work.
