Odunpazarı Municipality carried out various studies to increase its stakeholders and expand its understanding of participation. Odunpazarı municipality organized Common Sense Workshops with unit managers, democratic mass organizations in the city, trade unions, professional chambers and District Councils of Odunpazarı City Council within of the preparation of the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. After these meetings, which were attended by Odunpazarı Mayor Kazım Kurt, the municipality's official website published “Odunpazarı Municipality 2020-2024 Strategic Plan stakeholder survey”. After all these studies, Odunpazarı Municipality 2020-2024 strategic plan was created.
