Adopting and implementing the principle of’ Labor is the highest value ' within the institution, Odunpazarı Municipality signed a collective agreement with the Belediye-Iş Union in order to improve the rights of staffed and subcontracted workers. Odunpazarı municipality also signed a collective labor agreement with Tüm Yerel Yönetim Çalışanları Union (Tüm Yerel Sen), which is organized by civil servants working within the municipality.
